Accessibility
We are taking action for the inclusion of all audiences so that everyone can benefit from the advantages of digital technology and work towards a fairer society.
Accessible and inclusive web projects
We strive to create accessible and inclusive web projects for all users (including older adults and people with disabilities) and in all usage contexts (mobile and tablet devices, in challenging environments, when using assistive technology, etc.). To achieve this, we rely on the RGAA, the French government's General Accessibility Improvement Framework. This framework establishes a set of standards and recommendations aimed at making websites accessible to everyone.
Objective: 75% RGAA compliance across all our web projects

Our support as part of a web project
The digital accessibility of a web project involves all stages of the process: UX design, UI design, development, integration, quality control, and back-office contribution.
An accessible web project is the result of a set of best practices and control tools. For example, implementing keyboard navigation, ensuring sufficient contrast between text and background, providing alternative descriptions for media, and semantically structuring page content, etc. To achieve this, we suggest the following process.
At the start of the project, we define together a co-responsibility plan regarding RGAA, accompanied by an audit grid to monitor the criteria. For example, we are responsible for development that complies with the technical aspects of RGAA and allows you to insert accessible content. On your side, you are responsible for content contribution (properly naming image alt texts, providing subtitles for your videos, coherent link names, properly formatting your tables, etc.).
We check compliance with the criteria during the UX and UI design phase, and throughout development.
We check compliance with the criteria together during the development and integration phase.
Contribution in the back-office impacts the accessibility of the site. That’s why we’re sharing best practices for content contribution and checking compliance with criteria during this stage.
We conduct an accessibility audit based on the RGAA criteria and ara.numerique.gouv.fr. Based on this, we draft and publish the accessibility statement.
According to the results obtained, we suggest improving the accessibility of your web project.
