Urban transport solutions
bluedrop.fr has been designing and developing urban transport applications powered by Drupal since 2010 with the Régie des Transports de Marseille and since 2020 with Cityway. The bluedrop.fr team has acquired extensive skills and knowledge of a transport authority’s information system.
A Drupal installation profile dedicated to urban transport projects
We develop and deploy solutions for urban mobility operators.
In addition to development, our team is familiar with the habits of various user profiles and with processing transport data.
Among the modules integrated, interfaced and/or developed are:
- Management of scheduled and real-time timetables;
- Traffic alert and traveler information management;
- Subscription and ticketing management;
- On-demand transport and multimodality management;
- Network topology management (NETEX);
- Real-time information management (SIRI);
- Route planning.
Our experience in transport and mobility websites
In 2023, we handled the UX and UI redesign as well as the development of the Oise Mobilité platform, in partnership with Cityway. We integrated route planners and real-time information to offer users a multimodal platform.
We led the UX and UI redesign and the development for the Nice Metropolitan Transport Authority. The platform, which integrates Cityway's business tools, is powered by Drupal and Angular.
The agency bluedrop.fr becomes a partner of Cityway, as part of large-scale MaaS project deployments! We are pleased to build on our experience in designing digital tools for public transport.
In 2020, we are completing the redesign of the Régie des Transports Métropolitains (RTM) website in Marseille. The platform provides a progressive decoupling experience with Drupal 8.
VueJS, Phalcon, and Drupal for paying fines online: this is the new tool that RTM now has to speed up the fine collection process across its network.
Our first public transportation platform project dates back to 2010! This project, powered by Drupal 6, allowed us to immerse ourselves in the world of transportation. RTM has stuck with Drupal ever since.
