A Drupal HR tool serving skills in transport & logistics
Our goal: to create a digital platform to formalize, assess, and enhance behavioral skills (soft skills) in the transport and logistics sector.
A threefold challenge according to project users:
- Companies: recruit better, better guide towards training, and structure their HR frameworks.
- Candidates: self-assess and compare their profile to jobs in the sector.
- Employment advisors (France Travail): effectively guide career paths.
For companies, supporting recruitment and internal mobility
- The formalization of an HR framework: reuse the CRAFT framework, duplicate and adapt it, or create a completely customized skills framework.
- Internal development and training: generate tests to assess the skills of current employees and identify training needs.
- Recruitment: create a test linked to a job description, generate a unique link, and include it directly in a job posting to compare and assess candidates in advance.
Allow candidates to self-assess and compare their profile to job descriptions
- Self-assessment: take an online test to evaluate your skills against those required for a target position and receive a clear, visual skills radar.
- Comparison: compare your profile to typical roles or company-customized job descriptions.
Creation of a visual identity
Logo, typography, colors—the artistic direction was inspired by AFT’s graphic charter, co-created during joint workshops.
Drupal 10 multi-profile development integrating complex databases
- Multiple profiles: configuration of three user profiles with distinct spaces and rights.
- Score calculation: integration of advanced data.
- Export profiles: export of profile and job sheets in PDF format.
- Security & GDPR: the first company account is validated by the AFT and via the Sirene API from Insee (SIRET verification), then the company manages access for its employees.
- Advanced interactive visualizations: radars, poly-skills matrices, comparisons in lists and graphs.
