They entrusted us with their Drupal self-diagnosis platform
The bluedrop.fr agency supported us in creating a self-diagnostic platform. To kick off this project, they suggested two days of in-person work, in the form of a "design sprint." This step, which could have been seen as tedious, ultimately proved to be essential. It allowed us to clearly define our needs, gain a shared understanding with the team, and immediately address any constraints.
