Personas
Personas are fictional representations of user groups for your website. They help create a user experience tailored to their needs.
Getting to know your users
Personas are fictional profiles of your website’s users. On the one hand, they include socio-demographic characteristics: age, gender, family situation, occupation, place of residence, lifestyle. On the other hand, they have psychological characteristics (personality, goals, preferences…).
They can be created using real data, in-depth research, or based on your own knowledge (in this case, they are called proto-personas). They represent the different segments of your target audience, allowing you to tailor your website according to their expectations.
