Migration to Drupal 11: Upgrade to the new version

• The new Linkset system exposes site menus in a format readable by front-end applications (React, Vue, mobile, etc.)
• API Recipes replace installation profiles: these are exportable/importable "recipes" of configuration (e.g., a set of modules to create a blog section, FAQ, calendar, etc.). This makes it easier to integrate the site with CRM tools, marketing automation, or e-commerce platforms.

Simplify collaboration between design, integration, and development. Single Directory Components (SDC) make it possible to group all the elements of a component in a single folder: the HTML code (via Twig), CSS styles, any JavaScript, configuration, and so on. This makes the frontend more modular and maintainable, with a more advanced design system (Atomic Design) logic.
