A decision support tool for employees, HR, and managers

A career bridge makes it possible to identify potential career paths between different occupations, based on the transferability of skills. The idea is to pinpoint the skills shared between two professions in order to recommend accessible roles. There are:

  • The short bridge: The employee already possesses most of the skills required for their future position. They can become operational in less than a year.
  • The long bridge: This requires a significant investment from the employee and the completion of a lengthy training program (at least 6 months). It will take them a year or more to become operational.

There are 3 types of career pathways that you can combine within the same tool or separately, depending on your target audience.

  • The retraining pathway: for people looking to change careers
  • The progression pathway: to advance within the same sector.
  • The orientation pathway: mainly for students.

We collaborate with the HR expertise firm, Arthur Hunt Consulting. Together with you, they develop a customized skills transfer and proximity matrix for each of your professions. Once finalized, this matrix is sent to us for integration into your tool.

Designed and tested by our UX designers, our platform is tailored to the needs and usage of users and contributors. We then adapt your business gateway to reflect your brand image: colors, fonts, and graphic elements that showcase your visual identity. You can then manage the content (images, texts, paragraphs, etc.) from the Drupal back office.
