Offer a public interest service designed for recruiters and candidates
With the aim of positioning the future platform as the leading job board for the automotive services sector, special attention was paid to features and navigation. The goal: to ensure a smooth and fast user experience, designed to simplify often laborious job search and recruitment processes. All of this comes with a mobile-first approach, ensuring navigation is perfectly suited to the smartphone habits favored by candidates.
Facilitate job search for candidates
- Multi-criteria search engine (job, location, experience, type of vehicle, degree).
- Personalized alerts based on search preferences.
- Detailed company profiles.
- Comprehensive candidate profile management: resume, degrees, skills.
- Simplified application with the "one-click apply" feature.
Optimize the recruitment process
- Creation, modification, and tracking of job postings.
- Saving candidates as favorites.
- CV search engine to quickly identify qualified talent.
- Personalized alerts to keep track of new applications.
- Internal messaging to communicate with candidates.
Centralization of automotive job listings from third-party job boards and ATS
Beyond the jobs posted on JobToMove, the site also includes external job listings from third-party job boards, such as France Travail, as well as those from ATS like Cegid TalentSoft, Digital Recruiter, TeamTailor, TalentPlug, SmartRecruiters, Flatchr, Beetween, HelloWork, Intuition (and more to come).
Designed and tested to meet the needs of candidates and recruiters
Workshops with ANFA and specialized speakers allowed us to define strategic directions aimed at meeting the needs of each target audience (recruiters, candidates). This led to the creation of the site structure, user journeys, wireframes, and conducting user tests. User tests make it possible to collect qualitative feedback by directly observing users' interactions with the mockups. Feedback highlighted a streamlined interface and smooth user journeys.

The amazing Bluedrop Team, as I call them, was ready to take on this challenge by my side: a redesign of a job board with complex features (maintaining numerous ATS connections) while not neglecting the rest of the ergonomics and features (a magnificent geolocation map), all completed in a record time of 9 months without any delay on the delivery date. They supported me through the tedious processes of specifications and testing with patience, big smiles, and humor! It’s a team that is always a pleasure to work with, even during tough times.
