The agency, as a social player, is committed to the three pillars that form the foundation of CSR: social, economic, and environmental.
Commitment with honesty and humility
We pay close attention to our practices and their impact on our economic partners, our team, and the environment. Our intention is to act with honesty and humility, gradually implementing meaningful actions that create impact at our scale. As part of this commitment, we are signatories of the Responsible Digital Charter and currently undergoing the certification process.
Some of our activities
- We have an RSE coordinator.
- We use Drupal, recognized as a public good by the Digital Public Good Alliance (DPGA).
- We support charities in France and Lebanon, and we work with an integration association for the maintenance of our premises.
- We look after the well-being of our team by offering a pleasant work environment, flexible arrangements (remote work, flexible hours), and by assessing individual needs during an annual review.
- We conduct business ethically: choosing local providers, fair value sharing, transparency with employees and partners...
- We limit our environmental impact: using public transport, reducing waste, and submitting digital responses to calls for tenders...

We are committed to digital eco-design
Eco-design means creating high-performance, accessible, and sustainable websites while reducing their environmental impact. We apply this approach at every stage of our client projects, relying on RGESN and EcoIndex to measure and improve the footprint of our digital solutions.
Our main actions are based on UX/UI and experience-design best practices:
