Polyvia
The agency bluedrop.fr has been managing Polyvia's entire web system for several years (polyvia.fr, emploi-plasturgie.org, polyvia-formation.fr). We supported the association in its project to redesign the main site, polyvia.fr, using Drupal 9.
Our missions
- Functional and technical specifications
- UX design
- UI design
- Drupal Development
The context
Strategic Objectives:
- Put members back at the center of priorities and processes;
- Develop the service platform and targeted content;
- Win over future members;
- Promote the sector's offering.
- Operational Objectives:
Make the “market hubs” offering visible;
- Provide members with a better information search experience;
- Reintegrate the features of the abandoned plastinforme.fr tool (classified ads site);
- Strengthen communication regarding “public affairs,” a key mission of the union.
UX Support
We led a workshop with the union's buyers in Lyon to gather their needs through an interactive quiz (panel of 75 participants). We used Wooclap, which allows you to ask questions and then display the results live on a projection screen.
Thanks to these responses, we were able to take into account the real priorities of the buyers as well as the new functional expectations of the users.
Comprehensive support
- Quiz and user survey workshop;
- Wireframe design;
- Review of user journeys;
- Technical feasibility of improvements;
- Site functional specifications.

UI Deployment
The deployment of interface mockups made it possible to design the Syndicate's Design System, which can be used for the rollout of other digital tools on the one hand, and allows for the deployment of atomic desktop and mobile components. For the interfaces, we used a blank theme based on Emulsify, Storybook, and Tailwind CSS.
We warmly thank Polyvia for their trust
“An engaging web project in the context of merging four training organizations with personas who have very different navigation paths. The agency demonstrated agility in managing the web project within a short timeframe while integrating numerous business logics. A UI that highlights our new visual identity and brand territory.”
