The professional association Allizé Plasturgie has been working with our agency since January 2019. Our team handles the maintenance of the allize-plasturgie.org website and has just completed the design and development of the emploi-plasturgie.org website.

Collaboration Context
The agency bluedrop.fr manages the maintenance of the allize-plasturgie.org website. The association decided to launch a project to promote, centralize, and provide information on career mobility within the plastics industry. To achieve this goal, it entrusted our teams with the design and development of the emploi-plasturgie.org website, powered by Drupal 8.
This site helps guide various target profiles toward tailored and personalized answers regarding their professional paths in plastics-related careers. While the update of the job reference frameworks was handled by the Arthur Hunt firm, the agency bluedrop.fr managed the UX and UI design phases as well as the development of the project.

Focus UX: User testing
The project team concretely relied on user feedback during the design phase.
We organized user tests after creating graphic mockups of the future site. These mockups were presented in the form of a prototype, and the tests made it possible to identify the main usability, ergonomics, and user experience misunderstandings. The main conclusions from these tests were:
Drupal 8 and main modules used
The implementation of these two modules (Media and Entity Browser) enables file management (PDF, images) through a user-friendly interface for the contributor.
The site offers advanced search with Solr, combined with the Facets module, which provides dynamic filters to refine the search. This setup allows for simplified searching thanks to auto-completion, especially at the start of navigation and when searching for a job.
Advanced taxonomy management allows the site to categorize different types of content for efficient searching, as well as to highlight relevant content at the end of various pathways (such as training courses and skills).
This module is essential and ensures greater editing freedom in content creation.
Third-party application connectors: Some features of the site require connecting to APIs, including:
- Google Tag Manager for the tagging plan, which allows for advanced traffic statistics analysis. The solution had to be implemented to take into account every click, search, and page opening.
- Pôle emploi API which makes it possible to display, during searches, job listings dedicated to the plastics industry based on the selected location. We have coupled this module with the integration of listings directly contributed by site users.
UI and Atomic Design
The design of the UI interfaces was carried out using the Atomic Design approach. This method streamlined the delivery of integration elements to the frontend developers.
