Aides Association
The bluedrop.fr agency has been collaborating on the Association Aides’ Drupal projects since 2012. As part of the National Sexual Health Strategy 2017-2030, the Association entrusted us with the design and development of a community website model powered by Drupal. This “pilot” site is intended to serve as a model for all prevention centers in France.

Le Spot Longchamp, a community sexual health center
The aim of this place is to offer key populations and their partners tailored services and information, with an inclusive, positive, and non-judgmental approach to sexuality as a whole. This project is intended to be rolled out in more than 70 cities across France. The technical architecture of the first site must therefore anticipate these deployments.
Site Objectives
The site aims to develop and promote e-sexual health tools (website and app) through a community-based approach with the objective to:
- present/promote physical sexual health service locations;
- provide informative and educational interfaces for all prevention tools;
- offer users personalized and individualized digital sexual health profiles (prevention advice, testing reminders,
- vaccination reminders, partner notification area);
- set up a hotline allowing people to have a meeting with a community support worker on sexual health issues.
Scope
- Responsive site optimized for an enhanced mobile experience;
- Multilingual site in French / English / Spanish;
- Site designed to be adaptable and integrated into a site-factory setup in anticipation of deploying other “Spots” sites in France;
- Management of email and SMS alerts regarding vaccination reminders and screenings;
- Management of surveys and profiles;
- Data anonymization;
- Management of sexual health records;
- Risk-tracking system with related information.
Content Sharing
Without anticipating the future development, likely necessary, of an installation profile responsible for integrating a site-factory deployment console, we have taken care to propose a solution that can be quickly deployed via Composer and easily configured.
We have also anticipated content-sharing needs through the use of the Entity Share module. A site can therefore subscribe to another site, retrieve a list of content, and choose which items to publish on its own site.

Approach and UX Workshops
Definition workshops for proto-personas and a design studio approach were offered to the Aides Association teams. We organized and participated in the following workshops:
- Brainwriting;
- Sorting ideas from the brainwriting;
- Designing 7 personas;
- Design studio for the following pages: Home / The SPOT / Quiz / FAQ / Reminders and Appointments / Notifications.
These workshops allowed the creation of different journeys for the relevant profiles. They were validated through the creation of wireframes for the main pages of the site.
Graphic Charter and Illustrations
The charter provided, mainly consisting of a logo and colors, was adapted for the web and illustrated by the works of a talented illustrator - Floriane Ollier.
