Polyvia Formation
Polyvia Formation is the result of the merger of CFP (Conseil Formation Plasturgie), Cirfap (Centre Inter Régional de Formation Alternée de la Plasturgie), the training activities of IPC - Compositec, and ISPA (Institut Supérieur de Plasturgie en Alternance) as of January 1, 2021. Every year, 650 young apprentices and more than 4,200 employees in continuing education are trained across some thirty locations. Day to day, Polyvia Formation supports and structures both initial and ongoing training in the sector.

5 months of hard work
Polyvia chose the agency bluedrop.fr to handle the design and Drupal development of their training offer, which had previously been available through two separate sites, in just 5 months. Given the level of integration between the site and internal training management applications, the project mobilized a team of 4 full-time Drupal developers.
Bringing together continuing and initial education offers in the sector
Companies and candidates each have a dedicated space where they can, in particular, track their training applications and manage their contact information. The site polyvia-formation.fr offers a complete range of technical training in plastics and composite materials: initial training (Professional Title, Vocational Baccalaureate, BTS, Professional Bachelor's Degree, Master's, Engineering degree) and continuing education (CQP, CCP) in various formats—each powered by different software systems and logics.
The UX and UI process
In collaboration with the Polyvia project team, through workshops, we designed the various user journeys, focusing especially on the enrollment process. From design workshops to user testing, the project team dedicated its efforts to ensuring care and comfort for all user profiles.
Step 1 - The part of the site dedicated to continuing education
The first phase addressed the section dedicated to continuing education. It consisted in connecting the Drupal site to the Agate software, published by Axess Groupe, which manages all the content and training records. The connector allowed:
- information to flow more smoothly between the tool and the site;
- centralization of content in a single database;
- feeding user accounts (application tracking, record tracking, etc.)
We also connected the site and some forms to the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) using Zapier.

Step 2 - The part of the site dedicated to initial training
The second phase, focused on initial training, meets different professional requirements. The site must be capable of managing applications and tracking for courses spread across multiple locations and partners. The Drupal connector to the Yparéo software enables:
- management of pre-registrations;
- avoiding duplicate entry for the administrative team while providing a user-friendly interface for the end user.
Step 3 - Cross-functional features
The final phase brought together features common to the first two stages:
- Homepage;
- General navigation;
- Site header and footer;
- User account access;
- Simple search;
- Advanced training search;
- News;
- User spaces.
The result is a robust, connected Drupal 9 site designed to serve users, both professional training applicants and those managing training offers, as well as overseeing the (complex) organization and progress of all these training programs!
